GoldenHands
Dear Sir: I was sending a scan file through Windows Outlook. I press send and WiseCare interfered. with sending it. Wasn't able to send it. Why would that happen? Why is WiseCare involved? I have no viruses in the scan file. Please explain how to fix this problem. xilolee
Hi goldenhands! Did you solve your previous issue? Could you write exactly what happened (or happens) with wise care? And what wise care version are you using? Free? Pro? Version number? Given that it is not an antivirus or a firewall, I think it should not be involved in your problem. So, how do you know it was Wise Care that was interfering? Did you get a message or error that directly relates to Wise Care? If so, post it please.
