wisecleaner_admin Posted January 26, 2014 Report Share Posted January 26, 2014 Please try following steps to solve your problem. 1, Search and download MSVCR80.dll from internet. 2, Copy and paste MSVCR80.dll to C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file). 3, Reboot your computer. If the problem still occurs, try the following: 1, Open Windows Start menu 2, Type CMD and press Enter in search box. 3, Type regsvr32 msvcr80.dll and press Enter.
