joeltruck
I had adobe flash player installed previously. I tried to download it and get an error message that tells me it can't be downloaded. I set Webroot to allow, but still can't download it. wisecleaner_admin
It seems you need to uninstall the old version of Flash Player. Please open Control Panel---Programs----Programs and Features, Uninstall or change a program, find out Flash Player and uninstall it. Then install the latest.
