I don't know how to fix this any help would be wonderful. Thank you. xilolee Posted January 1, 2014 Report Share Posted January 1, 2014 Hi nika! OUTPOST or NORTON antivirus suites could be incompatible with your system. This could be true also for other suites. Check if you have the same errors with a clean startup or in safe mode. Check Stop error code 0x0000003B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 when you use some IEEE 1394 devices Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
