PTR
i no longer have control of my comuter. if i make changes, they don't stay after i power down. some "administrator" is above me, but secret. this administrator is not in my account listings. but this usurping administrator can and has been denying all of my major moves for almost two weeks. I've cleaned up absolutely everything, in hopes this would take care of it. It hasn't. How do I get my full administrative powers back? How do I best ensure this calamity happens no more? donut
Hi, Please disconnect internet and delete the strange administrator account, then reset your administrator account password. And run the anti-virus program to scan and kill Trojans.
