andro Posted December 17, 2013 Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 The Following Keybord buttons do not work. ctrl and fn Letter a and Caps lock ` and number 1 esc and F1 These buttons are located on the left handside and are next to each other, they seem to form a pattern. Thisproblem emerged after suspicious.cloud.7.ep was detected and killed by Norton antivirus. If can use it, it is a software defines the global shortcuts, need to know what is the definition of program. if you dont know, you can use a key to Aid disabled all third-party startup and repair service. it is 'computer very slow 'that one of Aid.
