Adam
Start--Run--type "regedit" to open the registry navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32 A new string value "wavemapper" value data is "msacm32.drv". Then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32\Terminal Server\RDP A new string value "wavemapper" value data is "msacm32.drv". This time, try to see if the sound appears or if there is still no sound then reboot the machine.
