Alian
Hi, I have already post this query in French. As I got no answer, I post it again in English. I have bought two weeks ago a new PC (OS: Windows 7 Home premium, service pack 1). When I want to upgrade a program or download a pdf file via the navigator( Firefox or IE), windows explorer does'nt show the downloaded files: so I can't do anything. If I try again to record theses files via the navigator, windows explorer shows me these files and asks to me if I want to replace the old file by the new. Now if I leave the navigator and come back to windows explorer, the recorded files are again invisible. I never encountered this problem under Win XP Pro on my old PC. As I'm novice with Win 7, I need help ! Thanks for your answers. xilolee
Hi Alian! The default download folder should be in C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\Downloads You should be able to see your downloaded files, when your BROWSER MSIE 10 (microsoft internet explorer 10.0) is opened, clicking ctrl + j and the download window will appear. Or click tools menu, show downloads. Or click the cogwheel located at top-right corner, click show downloads. Hope this helps!
Alian
Hi Xilolee, Many thanks for your answer ! In fact, I was running IE or Firefox in the sandbox (Comodo Internet Security) and in that case I can't write on the HDD. All is okay when running the navigators out of the sandbox.
