Errore 1 windows update non riesce ad installare framework 3,5

Salve a tutti.Il mio problema consiste nel fatto che windows update non riesce ad installare service pack framework 3,5 ed ogni volta mi dice errore 1.Di spazio sufficente nel mio pc ne ho,versioni precedenti di framework sono state installate correttamente,un aiuto è più che gradito grazie.Secondo ed ultimo problema è la cosiddetta schermata della morte,la schermata blu.Dopo aver aggiornato un driver che purtroppo non ricordo quale sia,spesso quando sto digitando qualcosa mi appare la schermata blu ed il pc non risponde più e devo aspettare i vari passaggi per tornare operativo.Grazie per le vostre eventuali indicazioni.I miei migliori Vincenzo

About the first issue:

Go into Control Panel >> click on Windows Update item

Click on Change settings (at top left)

under Important updates, click on the down-arrow pull-down

Click on Never check for updates

press OK

Close the Control Panel window

 

Then Logoff and restart Windows fresh.

When ready, go back into Control Panel >> click on Windows Update item

Click on Change settings (at top left)

under Important updates, click on the down-arrow pull-down

Now make the selection that you need for automatic updates

press OK when done

Close the Control Panel window
