Used 1st Aid product AND have no clue what it did

I used your PC 1stAid program as I'm at my wits end with my new HD running at 100% and Vista very unstable..I know it's my registry that's the issue, but known of the products out there paid and free have been able to help..I don't have my Vista CD and the parition was not on my old drive that came with the pc...When I logged backp in my AVG anti virus is gone, at least from startup, along

with with my wirless monitor...My hard drive is still pegging away, so my issue is not solved...I have not idea what your program did or not do...Is there a log file somewhere to let me know what actually happened? I have EasyToDo Backup software, I don't use system restore as it's an awful program from all the times I've used it...It's odd that your software tell me nothing of what transpired, Please advise..

2, which function of Wise PC 1stAid do you use (or, which icon do you clicked )

3, what  is your computer's real problem ? (after using wise pc 1staid)
