suejat
I am unable to transfer files from my mobile to my laptop using bluetooth. I used to be able to do this without ant problem at all, but now my pc tells me that my phone is disconnected. I have tried deleting my phone from the bluetooth devices list, then re-adding it, and the passnumber comes up, and both the computer and the phone tell me that it is now on the list, but still I cannot transfer files. Help!!! kathrynta16

suejat
Hi April, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the box was already ticked, and it still doesn't work! I've run the troubleshooter which tells me that the device is working properly, but I still cannot transfer files.
suejat
My phone is listed in bluetooth devices, but is shown as disconnected. It connects momentarily when I click on check modem in modem over bluetooth diagnostics, but disconnects almost immediately.
