shadow-43 Posted October 4, 2013 Report Share Posted October 4, 2013 I am having problems with start-up. Sometimes the screen stays black and doesn't change. Other times, it goes through "Starting Windows" and then doesn't go any farther. I have run the Microsoft program for "Start-up" problems but to no avail. It took about 5 times today before I was able to get on the internet. And yes I have tried Wise-PC 365. Thank you for any help that you might provide!
