WiseCleaner
Hi, you know, 360safetray is an anti-virous software, it has system privileges, but wise care 365 just has user privileges. If you want to disable this startup program, you can disable it on its settings.

WiseCleaner
Hi, If you don't want it, you can uninstall it. The software 360safe has no english edition, so i cannot tell you how to disable the startup menu on 360safe's settings. Sorry.
