Unable To Do A System Rating

For some worthless reason, when I click on "Rate This Computer", Windows Explorer restarts. And then when I right click on Computer>Properties, Windows Explorer restarts. Why does it do that & what's the fix for it?

Usually,this issue is caused by the installation of incompatible software or drive, we suggest you just uninstall the software or drive before the restart issue occured.

 

However, you may can not uninstall it owing to the restart of the Windows Explorer, you can first enter the safe mode or restore your system to the date before the issue occured to uninstall the software or drive.
