Wise Care 365 Wipes Pinned Quick Access Folders in Explorer.

Never a dull moment.

Now Wise Care 365 when run wipes pinned Quick Access in Explorer!
Which and where setting is this?

Sorry about that. Please try this:

1. Open Wise Care 365 

2. Click System Cleaner> Common Cleaner> Traces in Computer> Windows and Applications Traces

3. Find and uncheck the Taskbar Jump Lists (Pinned items will also be cleared) item

Nope.

Ignores suggested setting (which is unchecked) and wipes it.

This is a [typical] new problem introduced after some update.

Are you using "common cleaner" or "PC checkup"?

Hello JoeS,

Please also check Menu > Settings > Custom Checkup. Expand "Computer Traces", and uncheck "Taskbar Jump Lists (Pinned items will also be cleared)"
