techpamX Posted February 19 Report Posted February 19 I wanted to protect my PDF with a password to ensure only authorized users can open or edit it, especially while sharing sensitive documents within my team. Password protection is a simple but effective way to prevent unauthorized access, copying, or modification. I personally used SysTools PDF Locker, and it worked really well. It allows you to add an open (user) password as well as permission restrictions like disabling printing or copying, without affecting the original file quality. The process was quick and reliable. If anyone knows other safe methods, let me know.
