smithjens316 Posted December 2, 2025 Report Posted December 2, 2025 Without E3/E5 licensing, exporting Office 365 emails becomes difficult. In such cases, backup software is the easiest solution. Advik Office 365 Backup Tool especially designed and lets you export the mailbox to PST, MBOX, PDF, EML, etc. You can export the entire mailbox or only selected folders. This is useful during tenant-to-tenant migration or before deleting old accounts.
