Broken PCMatic

Every time I do a clean with Wise Care, I have to repair my PCMatic install. This has been confirmed in multiple versions and on different computers. I am running the most recent stable build of Wise Care.

Sorry about that. Do you mean your PC Matic cannot be used normally after using Wise Care 365? Is there any error or prompt? If any, please send us a screenshot if it. If possible, you can send us a screen recording of your operation. Our customer service email is: [email protected].

This works until I run wiseclean then it will break here, and I have to run a repair on the program.

Run wise care 365 registry cleaner but don't fix anything: select/tick the "PC MATIC" entries and add them to the ignore list.

Do the same with wise care 365 disk cleaner.

 

If you need help to identify the PC MATIC entries, you can export their (registry cleaner and disk cleaner) results and then you can post them here.
