Wise care 365 closes when attempting top clean MS Edge History

I have Wise Cleaner 365 7.2.6.705 and any time I try to clean MS Edge History, Wise care closes while scanning. It works fine in safe mode though.

Win11 24H2

Any ideas?

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are testing and trying to find the reason but we still cannot fix it right now. We recommend you to use the PC Checkup temporarily. We think there may be a problem in the Cookies menu analyzing process. And we will continue to try to fix it. Very sorry.

Found the issue, It was ESET has an issue with your software and marks it as PUA or Trojan and if I have the LiveGrid reputation system enabled in ESET then WiseCare will close when scanning any MS Edge related location other then MS Edge Cache.

I  added an exclusion in ESET's Browser protection allowlist which allowed me to keep LiveGrid enabled and allow WiseCare 365 to function without issues.

Maybe get with ESET and show them your software is ok to run without any dangerous or undesirable traits.
