april Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 Please find "hosts" according to the path below and see if IP of mail.google.com has been specified, if so, just delete it. c:\windows\system32\drives\etc\hosts One more thing, click on the yellow lock in the address bar and send us the pop up message. By the way, there isn't any specified IP in the "hosts" file (I think the path should be: "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts" instead) Anyway, thank you for your attentions and advise.
