Hi,

1, Be sure other computer can open websites thru this Wi-Fi.

If not, check this Wi-Fi connection and settings.

If yes, continue to step 2.

2, Be sure whether some sites can not be opened nor all sites.

If all websites can not be opened, continue to step 3.

If only one site https://billdesk.com cannot be opened, open Internet Explorer----Tools (Alt+X)---Internet Options---Security---Trusted Sites, add https://billdesk.com to the trusted list. OR, seek help from billdesk.com manager.

3, Could you try other browsers to open those sites, like Chrome/Opera...?

If other browsers can open those sites, turn to step 5.

If other browsers can not open those sites, continue to step 4.

4, Click Start----type CMD.exe in serach box and press Enter, and right-click the result Run as administartor

    Type ipconfig /flushdns ,press Enter

Click Start---type services.msc press Enter, find out DNS Client , double click it and Stop it, press OK to colse windows.

Then restart system, open the website again.

5, Click Start---Control panel----Programs---Programs and Features, find out Internet Explorer 9, unchecked it and press OK, then restart system.

Click Start---Control panel----Programs---Programs and Features, find out Internet Explorer 9, checked it and press OK.

This operation will reset Internet Explorer to default settings.

Thanks; unfortunately the above solution does not fix the issue... Kindly help with other alternatives ... I facing the above problem for other payment websites as well like master card etc... If I connected the Wi-Fi with my mobile it is working fine.
