There are three methods:

1.Take a picture of the blue screen with your camera if you can not remember and write down the error code, then send to us.

2.Uninstall the 'hotspot shield' on your pc, see whether blue screen show up as before. If it still show up, then we can tick off this program from the blue screen cause, vice versa.

3. Or you can enter C:\Users\Ivan\AppData\Local\CrashDumps  , find a file names 'dump', open it, and send it to us.

Hi,

Try following steps:

1, Run Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall "hotspot shield"

2, Right-click Computer---Manage----Device Manage, find out Display adapters and double click it, ----Driver, can you see the Digital Signer as Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher?

If not, click Roll Back Driver to roll back to a early version.

If yes, click Uninstall, then re-install the driver. The driver version must be official and has Microsoft digital signer.  You can download driver from the graphic's providers website.
