Windows Installer will not work Error Code 1720, then Error Code 1603, then error code 1719

Try to open Services - get BSOD

Try to open Event Viewer - get BSOD

Try to System Information - says unable to get information

Open Task Manager, I can look at Services. Windows Installer is not listed

Used sfc, chkdsk, many hours following Microsoft suggestions.

Please help

Hi, sorry to reply you late.

You can try this way to solve your problem.

1, Download and install the latest version of Windows Installer from Microsoft website.

2, click Start---type services.msc in search box and press Enter,  find out Windows Installer and double-click it,

    set its startup type to Automatic / Manual

    click Start to start the service.
