You can try following steps 1, click Start---type services.msc and press Enter, find out Windows Update and double-click it, click Stop to stop this service. 2, open C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\ delete all files and folders. open C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\ delete all files and folders. 3, restart system, and checkup Auto Update . 4, If you can not update automatically, run FIxit from Microsoft 5, Or, you can download update files by manual from Microsoft.
