Windows 8 doesn't start normally

Yesterday i tried to use my notebook again! But the persistent problem never show the start menu! And won't let me do nothing. Fortunally i have acess to Task Manager and i can use the programs by executing then via it. Meanwhile, it's better to have a normal acess!

 

I tried methods:

Using *cmd sfc/scannow

Using task manager and execute explorer.exe,

but it won't work cause the process open and 3 seconds later dissapear from the list of the task manager, tried again and continues the same thing.

 

I don't know why it won't start normally anymore, it begin somedays after i update my drives with UpdateDriver and installed the antivirus AVAST! and three games (men of war series)
