Robbie Posted August 25, 2013 Report Share Posted August 25, 2013 My OS is Windows XP, My Chrome cannot download software since I uninstall the "HotSheild" software. I tried to reinstall the Chrome, but it cannot load Chrome webpage to download, can it be fixed, Thanks for your advice. wisecleaner_admin Posted September 11, 2013 Report Share Posted September 11, 2013 Hi, sorry to reply you late. 1, Be sure you can download the same files using Internet Explorer. 2, If yes, run Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall Chrome, then restart system and install the latest version of Chrome.
