ftp software filezilla failed to connect to a server

cannot connect computer to server using filezilla It gives an error (timeout)

1, Check your Internet connection whether is good.

2, Check your log-on information is right.

3, Click Start---type CMD.exe in search box and press Enter.

    Type Ping

    E.g. ping google.com

    This will check your connection with FTP server. If the result is time out, please seek help from the FTP providers.
