cannot format my Asus laptop

I cannot format my latop after uninstalling kaspersky internet security 2013 which totally messed up my keyboard.

 

There is No windows EDM option when pressing f9 at start up.

 

I havent the recovery disk any more and I cannot restore system either since it got desactivated somehow.

When the system is running, you can not format C: drive, but you can format other drives.

"windows EDM option" , what is it? Can you explain it?
