WiseCleaner Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 Hi, The printer do not working means not printing or can not connect? 1, can not printing, please contact to the printer providers to seek tech support . 2, can not connect: 1) check the connection from printer to wireless router, if it is good, note down the printer's IP address (e.g 192.168.1.123); 2) check the connection from PC to wireless router, if it is good, follow step 3); 3) click Start, type CMD in search bar, right-click it, select Run As Administartor 4) type ping 192.168.1.123 , press Enter If the result like image 1, back to step 1) and step 2); If the result like image 2, continue to step 5) 5) click Start----Device and Printers, select your printer, right-click, Printer Properties----General----Print Test Page 6) click Start----Device and Printers, select your printer, right-click, Set as default printer. 7) if those steps can not solve your problem, please contact to the printer providers to seek tech support.
