I frequently work with password-protected PDF files received from clients, banks, and project teams. While security is important, entering the password every time I need to open, print, copy, or edit the document becomes time-consuming. I'm looking for a way to permanently unlock PDF passwords while keeping the file content intact. Recently, I used SysTools PDF Unlocker to remove PDF restrictions from several documents. The process was straightforward, and the software preserved the original formatting, images, and document structure. Has anyone else used SysTools PDF Document Unlocker? Is it worth using for permanently unlocking PDF files? I'd love to hear your experience.

I wanted to protect my PDF with a password to ensure only authorized users can open or edit it, especially while sharing sensitive documents within my team. Password protection is a simple but effective way to prevent unauthorized access, copying, or modification. I personally used SysTools PDF Locker, and it worked really well. It allows you to add an open (user) password as well as permission restrictions like disabling printing or copying, without affecting the original file quality. The process was quick and reliable. If anyone knows other safe methods, let me know.
