Hello, On a Windows Vista Home Premium, I'm unable to open the CD/DVD Device. When I insert a programme DVD (the safest in running to my view) the window of CD/DVD fails to appear. I've tried to check the driver by entering in the registry and found no high/low filter. The system tells me both the device and the driver are running smoothly, yet they fail to work. Thanks for any tip in addressing this problem.
