27 GB is a lot of data to export! If you went exporting it manually, it is surely going to be a hard nut to crack. I would suggest you to go for a reliable third party tool. In my recommendation, SysTools Google Apps Backup tool is one trustworthy software to export and backup G Suite data locally. You can first export your data and then convert it to multiple file formats like, PST, MBOX, MSG and EML.

Along with that, I would suggest manual method as well. Google Takeout is one such approach to backup and export Google Apps data, but I afraid this way you won't be able to export 27 GB data.

Hi People,
Have been working on Outlook Web App for a while now and need to extract all the emails and attachments to my computer. Could anyone tell me any appropriate approach for the same?
