I know the password.
Program is corrupted.

Can't run the current program so I have tried uninstalling with a view to re-installing but getting message that I need to unhide folders before continuing uninstall.
The folders are still hidden so at the moment I can't access important files.
Running windows 10 64 bit v1803
There must be a way to get my files back ????
