  1. I've included some screen shots. I do know what i first used FirstAid to speed up the starting up of my computer, First Aid said it would tweak the BIOS and it really worked. Since then I've had to re-format my computer and I don't get the tweaking of my BIOS. The only thing I get is a 365 "start ups" window which I can remove things from starting up. What happened to the tweaking of the BIOS? Thank you, Mary
  2. Hi, I have Wise 365 PRO which starts up with Windows. Wise Firist Aid always says 92, then 93 seconds with a SNAIL showing it's to slow. When I cllick on speed up, Wise 365 shows up. Then I go to First Aid and say "speed up computer" but the problem is never fixed. The BIOS isn't changed like it did the first time I used it - it went down to 37 seconds. Help will be Really appreciated. Thank you, Mary
  3. I really appreciate First Aid and it does speed up my start-up a lot When it's working. I have seen it work and then it just runs and runs. So I wrote in the question from the application and it showed me my question hadn't been submitted. On the "My Questions" tab I don't have any. Does that mean I'm not conneting with Wise? I'd really like to. But I got an email from Wise saying my quesiton had been submitted to tech support two times. Do I need to add First Aid to my "start-up" and how do I do that? Services etc. Thank you, Mary
  4. Before I cleaned my registry I ran Speedup and it just kept running and running. Now that I've de-fragmented my registry my computer is 116 seconds. Running it now just starts and then quits. I just de-framtned my computer last night.
