In my chrome extensions list I have lots of enterprise policy installed extensions, and most of these are useless ones. Please tell me why is it and what I can do about it? I am trying to speed up my computer by "turning off" some of my services but it gives me the following error message when I turn off the following item: 360SafeTray: "This item cannot be enabled or disabled". I am seeing a program where the name and publisher of the program are not encoded well. What I saw was this: Name: Çý¶¯¾«Áé Publisher: Çý¶¯Ö®¼Ò I am not sure whether or not I should uninstall the program. Please help me to know what the program is and what to do about it. I did not get any error message, so that means nothing opened but a "wait" sign showed up when I click the icon -
