  1. Please try the following solution.

    1. Press "Win+R", and type "regedit" and click "OK".
    2.Browse to the following registry key:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe

    3.With .exe selected, right-click (Default) and click Modify…
    4.Change the Value data: to exefile

    If you can't run the regeditor, you sould to restore your registry by Windows CD or WinPE.

    I'm sorry for delay!

    Based on your description, I’m 98% sure that your anti-virus software or firewall may have blocked the installer from executing the file "is-GLMTD.tmp” it released temporarily. (The file name may vary in every installation.) Please turn off your anti-virus or firewall before the installation begins.

    This is why you can install the program to drive D, but can't install it to drive C.

    Please try to enable thumbnail previews.

    1. Download the attached file and unzip it to any folder.

    2. Double click the file "Enable_Explorer_Thumbnails.reg" to import in your registry.

     

    Restore your file associations.

    1. Download the attached file - Default_MP3.zip and unzip it to any folder.

    2. Double click the file "Default_MP3.reg" to import in your registry.

     

    When you imported above files, please reboot your PC and check again.

    Any problem, please let me know.
