You means that bootup system from USB disk failed?
1, Make sure the USB bootup system is already.
2, Make sure the moterboard can identify the USB disk.
3, Startup system, press Delete key to run BIOS setting. (Maybe F2 or other keys)
4, Advanced tap or Bootup tap, select USB device as first bootup device.
5, Save settings and reboot system.

1, Click Start menu----type cdm.exe in search box and right-click on it, click Run as administrator, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
If this cannot solve the problem, turn to step 2.
2, Open c:\Windows\Resources\Themes\ ,right click an aero file, click Open with... select Windows Shell Common Dll, click OK to save settings.
