Why can't I make frequent posts of issues I have? When will it let me post an issue again? Please reply ASAP!
 
 

 
Isn't Unlimited Tech Support supposed to be frequent Tech Support & Continuous Tech Support?

My suggestions: 
 
1. closing window makes the program go to background (its great), but closing window with alt+f4 closes program (not great ).
2. there is no autostart with windows option so I have to use the windows startup
3. there is no option to start program minimized so it starts maximized and i always have to close it (send it to taskbar). To do it faster I use alt+F4 and here we are in problem 1.
 
I use Wise Auto Shutdown to turn off my PC everyday at 23:00 so i want it to start always with the windows startup, start minimized or even maximized but not to shutdown the program with alt+F4 (alt+F4 should send it also to the taskbar).

PORTABLE version bugs, all MODEs:
The "clean with 1-click" problem (wrong language and no tooltips) will appear when using the portable version. It doesn't appear in the installed version.
It seems the memory leak problem will appear when: - using the portable version
- pagefile.sys is disabled
- every options is ticked
- usercustom.ini is used with a lot of customized rules... the more rules are present, the more the problem will be visible
It doesn't appear in the installed version.
ButtonMinimize, ButtonMaximize, ButtonClose, ButtonRestore and probably also ButtonMenu aren't translated (the tooltip appears in English instead than in my language, I can't verify menu because it is menu also in Italian). I don't know where I can check ButtonYes, ButtonNo and ButtonOK.
PORTABLE version bugs, CLEAR MODE:The string "Cleanup your computer regularly." isn't present in the English.ini, hence it can't be translated in other languages. The same is also valid for "Custom" - "Scan customized entries" and all strings in "Support center".
When I select "Custom" only, WDC won't scan it. This works as expected in classic mode.
(After a scan) When changing language, strings remain with the previous language; when I hover the cursor over them, the language changes. After a scan, "scan again" button will appear next to the clean button. When I click it, I expect WDC to scan again... Instead it clears the screen and I must click the scan button.

WDC_report function is broken: (after a scan) I can right-click everywhere but the EXPORT button won't appear. In classic mode, I can right-click everywhere and the export button appears.
ALSO: if I click on a section, the create-report function will appear only if I click on a result, BUT the WDC_report will show results only for that section.
How can we save all results?
In classic mode, all results will appear in the report.

Seems that every time I turn on my system, I get another Wise Care 365 Tray icon on my Notification and Actions screen in Windows 10.  Anyway to keep it to one?  I have right clicked on the icon which does nothing, and I am at my wits end.  I started with about 3 icons and now I have over 25 icons.  Can someone help!  Thanks!!!

The "Mark Solved" option has been activated in the Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion Board. Now originating posters (OPs) can select their own "Best Answer."
 
How it works:
 
Each member response to an originating poster's issue will now include a "Mark Solved" button that can only be seen by the OP (see image1). If a specific response solves the OPs issue, he/she can simply click the Mark Solved button for that specific response and it will automatically do two things:
 
1. It will update the index to show the OPs issue as "Answered." (see image2)
2. It will add the "Best Answer" to the top of the OPs post. (see image3)
 
This new feature could really benefit members or guests that are looking for solutions while browsing or searching the Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion Board.
 
Note: The Wise Specific Product Boards do not have this feature enabled.

I have downloaded Wise Folder Hider and installed it !
I succesfully hide my folder with Wise Folder Hider
But, when I open my unhide folder then I close the Wise Folder Hider program and it says "Location not avaible......."
 
I think it's no problem, I open Wise Folder Hider program again and MY FOLDER IS NOT DISPLAYED.
I close the Wise Folder Hider program and  I open Wise Folder Hider program again,  MY FOLDER IS STILL NOT DISPLAYED.
Then, I restart my PC, open the Wise Folder Hider again.  MY FOLDER IS STILL NOT DISPLAYED.
 
Where is my folder going ???
 
I try to use Wise Data Recovery, but it's only recovery my half data of my Folder...
 
Please help me....

I love the program, and use it every night. That is to say - I stream music to loudspeakers in the bedroom...and go to sleep, safe in the knowledge the computer will switch off. I'm sure I'm not the only one that leaves the computer unattended in the same manner - if not for the same reason. The '5 minute reminder' is a good idea, if you were by the computer to see it...would it not be possible to play an audio file as well (or instead of)?

and perhaps its hardware. You can do it in 'Signature' box. Here is how:
 
1. Top right click on your name.
 
2. Select 'My Settings'.
 
3. 'Signature' on the left (center)
 
In this way we can better take us to the 'root' of the problem and then solve it faster.

I love all your products very much. I just want to give a simple suggestion on Wise Folder Hider.
The program is good and effective. But it doesn't ask for the password during uninstalling it.
If any other person try to uninstall it accidentally or deliberately it would be good if the program asks for the password before it gets uninstalled.
There are other programs that has this option. So it would be good if you try to add this option in your future releases.

Sometimes when I can't remove stubborn software or have other issues I can solve them in Safe Mode. This was a tip given me by someone from Revo Uninstaller. 
 
The other day some icons had turned ugly, and I tried to get them back to looking as they should using Wise PC 1StAid. But no luck. So I tried with Wise PC 1StAid in Safe Mode, and bingo!
