I have been unable to connect for the past 2 weeks. and today when I started my computer I chose to start it in "Safe Mode with Internet connections" and as you can see, I am, right now, on the NET.
As far as I know, it is refusing to connect because, "A Remote (something) is not running", but there is no explanation of how to implement any fix.
CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO PLEASE!
