  1. Hi,try the instruction below.
     
    Create a new Outlook profile from the Control Panel, set the new profile as default and then try to open Outlook and check if it works fine.
    Refer the link mentioned below on how to create a new profile:

     

    When you create the new profile don't repeat the same error by configuring it to use Microsoft Exchange.

    If you have manually removed Outlook keys from the registry then all bets are off. You will probably also have to repair Office to put them back.

    1. Please just click " Screenshot" button in Wise PC 1stAid( Do not click it twice anywhere before you successfully make a screenshot of the picture you want.)

     

    2. After you get the " 十” just caputure the picture you want to post, then that's ok,you picture is already here(see the screenshot below) ,  then input your email, user name,... and submit Problem.

  3. Follow the following steps below:

    1. Open The RUN Windows And Type "regedit" And Press Enter
    2. Than Open The "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup"
    3. Than Find The Following Files In The Right Panel Of Window
    SystemSetupInProgress
    UpgradeInProgress

    4. And Right Click On The Files And Change The Value "0"
    5. Than Close The Apps And Restart The System Than Access The System Without Any Error.
