To enable task manager: Click on Start. Go to Run. If you use Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista, go to Search. Type regedit and press Enter. Registry Editor will start. In the work area, locate "DisableTaskMgr". If this value is not there, you will need to create a new DWORD value called DisableTaskMgr. Double click on it. A window will pop up. This string is the root cause of the error you’re facing while setting Lock Screen. Double click on string to modify: 4. In order to fix the issue, remove all the Value data you see and click OK. You can also delete the LockScreenImage if you like.
