  1. Hi, Usually,this issue is caused by the installation of incompatible software or drive, we suggest you just uninstall the software or drive before the restart issue occured. However, you may can not uninstall it owing to the restart of the Windows Explorer, you can first enter the safe mode or restore your system to the date before the issue occured to uninstall the software or drive.   13. Hello, You could try shutting it down and when you start it up press F8 repeatedly until you get a screen with the option to boot to the Last Known Good Configuration. Try this first and see if it makes a difference. A second way to get there. Start Menu->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore. Choose the most recent date before the encountered problem. If it doesn't work, try the next date Thanks.
  14. Download the free tweak utility Default Programs Editor, and lunch it. Click on the left bottom setting button. This will bring you more options. So after you’ve done that, whenever next time you open up something that the system doesn’t recognize. It will go straight ask you which software you want to open up with. Start regedit in vista, Click on Start and then type “regedit” in search box 3. A registry editor will be opened, now please change some data values Now open below path to and change “ScanWithAntiVirus” Value data to 1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ Attachments\ScanWithAntiVirus” That’s it, Check your downloading.
