Wise Folder Hider - drag and drop doesn't work?

I don't think drag'n'drop has ever worked. I've been using WFH since v1.53 up to v3.13. All of these have been full installs, not portable and running on WinXP up to Win7 64-bit. I just have to keep on manually locating to the folder in question to hide each time.
