Thanks. I had to do a total restore. I do have a question. I read that many Vista users experience the same problem and the suspected culprit may be in one of the Windows update files or Service Packs when Vista users download & install updates. Do I have to install all those Security updates?

My firefox browser will not respond. I get an error message that says "Security option has failed to create a dialog". Or "login process has failed to create a security dialog". I am using Vista on my laptop. I have to reboot my computer to get it to respond. This happens with IE also. I am able to use my browser for a few minutes after I reboot my computer. My laptop with Windows Vista works for a while and then the same problem keeps happening over and over agin for about a year. I get Foxfire or Internet Explorer not responding error message. I have factory restore my laptap at least 20 times this year. I have tried every solution I read about online. And there are at least two dozen supposed reasons why Vista will do this online. Also it seems that many other Vista users are experience the same problem. There has to be a solution to this problem. To many Vista users are experiencing the same problem.
