    HOW TO POST A SCREENSHOT (OR A FILE...) WHEN YOU ARE LOGGED INTO THE FORUM

    If you are posting inside the forum, you have two methods:
    1) attach files directly from the forum
    - when replying, click more reply options
    - click choose files... button, under attach files
    - choose your file and click open (ok)
    - wait until the file is uploaded
    - click add to post.

    If you are using MSIE 11, there could be a problem: you must first disable the advanced text feature; this is an error in the forum code (probably it is not updated to work with MSIE 11).

    2) upload your image to a website (designed for it), then post its special code that it's usually something like:

    {img}http://www.link.something/your-image/{/img} I changed the square brackets [] with the curly brackets {} because the forum doesn't accept them as a code, but you should use the square brackets [] As an example, there is tinypic.com that offers this service.
    For non-image files, there is speedyshare.com that offers this service, as an example.

    Hi,
     
    1. My computer often freezes when using major programs like browsers. Ex. I use my browser and sometimes it goes slow-mo and when I move my mouse it's like jumping from one point to another for a few seconds then it goes back to normal, after that the desktop screen goes black, taskbar icons disappear also for a few seconds then goes back to normal. When it goes back to normal the desktop and task bar looks like it was reloaded, icons go back one by one like on start up. It only happens a few seconds but it became so often so I was worried. Is there some thing wrong or have to fix?

    2. sometimes icons/description on the charms bar disappears, when I open the charms bar everything disappears there but is selectable. Ex. the "Change PC Settings" from settings is is missing but is selectable. My only solution for this was to restart my computer but happens often also. Is there anything to so to fix it permanently?
     
    3. In the Task Manager, Startup tab, nothing is written, like everything there is missing, I now can only manage it @ Wise Care 365. Did I do something to make it like thas? How can I fix it?

    Is windows 8.1 your update or installed when purchased?
    Most of slow startup problems is caused by updating from old version of windows to window 8.1.

    Some ways to have fast startup:

    1. Scan pc with your anti virus.
    2. Use Wise Care 365, run check up, cleaners, defrag and optimize.
    3. Disable some startup program available in Wise Care 365 and Task Manager, but always keep your anti virus enabled and running.
    4. Reinstall drivers not working properly and update your drivers.

    It was not a driver problem, simply not compatible with win8.
    I uninstall the Camera app and reinstall it.
    I had problems verifying my microsoft account so uninstalling the app was not a option before but finally verified it and now can install from the Win.Store.
    It works fine now

    (The problem maybe done by error in uninstalling a software because it happened after I uninstall a software)

    I removed the (" ") as instructed and using command prompt (admin) I typed "sfc /scannow" (without the quotation), waited until 100% and showed:
     
    Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
    of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
    example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.
     
    after that I typed dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (without the quotation), waited until 100% and showed that it was complete.
     
    It didn't do anything (I think) because it was still the same. I installed Malwarebytes because I noticed that there are softwares I didn't install. After the scan, cleanup and restart, my "system32" problem didn't occur anymore.

    It maybe because of command prompt or malwarebytes that it was fixed. I don't know for sure but glad it was fixed.

    Some ways to fix:

    1. Right click on sound icon found at the taskbar then right click and select Sounds, select the "Recording" tab and then select Microphone, then properties. From the listen tab select Continue Running on battery power, on levels tab increase the Microphone and Microphone Boost, on advanced tab choose the last option in Default Format and select the two box in Exclusive Mode. Click apply and then ok.

    2. Open Action Center, then Troubleshooting, then Hardware and Sound. Run as administrator on Playing Audio, Recording Audio, Hardware and Devices.

    3. Run Maintenance from Action Center, then download updates at Windows Update.

    4. Run Device Manager, shortcut: (Win+r and type" devmgmt.msc" without the quotation). Under Audio inputs and Outputs right click on Microphone (High Definition Audio Device) and select Update Driver Software... First Select Browse my computer for driver software, then select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, the select next and wait for installation to complete and close. After that Update the same driver but now select Search automatically for updated driver software (requires internet connection), and wait because it may take some seconds or a minute to finish searching online and installing updated driver.
