i can't use IE 11 and win 8.1 apps. i also tried WSReset.exe and turn windows fatures off and on. is this problem related to .net framework 3.5

I can't use internet explorar and windows apps after installing graphics driver.
when i open windows apps they automatically closed and reopen and IE has shown that It has stopped working and then close the program.
i want to fix this permenently. plz help.

After installing adobe acrobat xi pro , i can;t install any software. when i doubleclick the setup file this error message is shown. what shoud i do ? i don't like to run the setup file as administrator.
plz send the fix as soon as possible
