  1. *Giggles.* Actually, xilolee, I thank you for your assistance, but I have solved the issue today. How? By using "Windows Repair (All-In-One)" from "Tweaking.com." It worked wonders.
  2. -Can't finish downloading any file -Internet Explorer repeatedly reveals an error: "Internet Explorer has stopped working" "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Of course, there aren't any notifications sent to me for any solution. -Google Chrome unable to download as well. -Tried resetting TCP; still downloading doesn't work -Tried resetting browser settings, everything; still don't work -Tried using TCP Optimizer; still won't work -Tried to restore to an older Restore Point by using system restore, but the system restore reveals an error code "0x8007045b -Tries to log in to my LastPass Chrome addon, but the addon does not respond after clicking on the button more than once. -After uninstalling a program -a name that I don't remember, and I probably accidently deleted a registry file, important for internet connection... stuff- using "Revo Uninstaller" the connection was slowed, and the downloads never complete, always showing " Operating system:Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit) Service Pack 1 System root: C:\Windows Available physical memory: 3067 MB CPU: AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon HD Graphics Drive Info: C: 297.99 GB Internet Explorer: 11.0
