Sounds like malware. Go here to see if you are infected: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/

Can't see your image so read here and repost with image: http://forum.wisecleaner.com/index.php?/topic/4136-how-to-make-screenshots-aka-snapshots-and-post-them-here-in-this-forum-either-through-the-forum-itself-or-through-wise-pc-1st-aid/

Now you are starting to explain you real issue! How is one supposed to know what you are trying to do from your first statement? You don't need a partition manager to format a usb drive. You can actually right-click the drive in Windows and select format (like so):

No it will not. Sorry.

Not sure what you did by your description; however, follow this tutorial to do a proper clean install of Windows 7: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

I am not aware that it is intended to also remove empty folders when searching for (and removing) invalid shortcuts. My assumption was that the shortcut would be invalid because it pointed to an empty folder but the empty folder would remain. Can someone from Wise confirm my conclusions?

Do these error occur on any page or just a specific page? Can you provide a link to one of the pages that gives you that error?
-
You could also try using a system restore point to revert to a previous time (before you ran Wise Cleaner) if available.
-
You have some sort of corruption obviously; however, we need to know what OS you are running because there are different (possible) fixes for each one.

Unfortunately, this issue has been reported before! See post #7 here: http://forum.wisecleaner.com/index.php?/topic/3090-wdc-affecting-sfc-scannow-results/ . Apparently, Wise Disk Cleaner is still offering all samples for removal as part of the slimming process; however, it appears that Win 7 considers them to be an integral part of the Windows 7 System; therefore, Wise Cleaner should not be offering to remove them to avoid the issue you are facing right now. The good new is that they are only "samples" and you can ignore those errors if you wish; however, you can try and recover your configuration by using the sfc /scannow command in conjunction with your Windows Installation DVD (if you have one) to try and fix those errors. See here for step by step instructions: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/139810-sfc-scannow-run-command-prompt-boot.html If you don't have a Win 7 installation disc, you can download the proper version and create one from the downloaded ISO here: http://www.w7forums.com/threads/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads.12325/ Once done, you can use that to run with sfc /scannow In summary, if the above does not work, you may be forced to do a repair install (if your really want your issue fixed). See here for instructions and what is affected: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html Good luck and let us know what you decide. ATTN admins: Can you follow up on this issue with development please?

The first step in trying to resolve your issue is to download and run the Windows System Update Readiness Tool here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/What-is-the-System-Update-Readiness-Tool Let us know if that works. -
A nicely detailed suggestion based on minimum information from the OP!

This forum is being constantly filled with vague descriptions of problems that can not be understood. This is frustrating because I (personally) am very capable of helping others "if" I understand the real issue. Now, it seems the admins and moderators are really trying to do a good job of helping with the minimal information provided by the OPs; however, most times, the OPs never return to report their success or failure. With that said, I would suggest the following first steps to improve this forum: 1. Create a sticky thread on "how to ask for help in this forum." The "how-to-ask" contents can be developed by one of the admins or they can use this one as a template: How to ask for help in a forum . 2. Delete all current stickies "except" this one: How to make screenshots and post them here in this forum, either through the forum itself or through Wise PC 1st Aid IMHO, leaving only the above two will allow the OPs to spot them more easily. Moreoever, the pinned links to the Think Tank and the few previously solved issues should be removed as they are not helpful to most of the posters here. My background: I have participated in many help forums around the web over the years and I have recently obtained a guru status in one of the largest help forums on the web. However, I have abandoned helping others in that forum because of the unhealthy competition environment between the members. Please consider the following changes to improve the structure and quality of the content here. Thank you, UCanFixit

Firewall do Windows 7 Ultimate 64
UCanFixIt replied to Glenio's topic in Computer Trouble-Shooting Discussion
Also, some malware infections disable the Windows Firewall and cause permanent damage to the OS in general. If you think or know you have been infected, I would recommend going here for help: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/ -

Works for me. Have you possibly been banned from that site? If not, your current DNS lookup/routing may be the problem.
