  1. Thank you! I'm pleasantly surprised that your company's staff observes the forum so closely and tries to help---very unusual, from my experience. I'm also impressed with how often Wise 365 is upgraded......... Happy New Year!
  2. Yes, but then they'd never be cleaned. I'd like the program to ignore open browsers, but yet clean them the next scan or the one after that, if the browsers are closed. What would be even better, is if the program could clean minimized; I'm trying for absolutely no user interaction during a scheduled scan.
  3. Yes--exactly. When the scheduled task runs, I'd like to be able to check an option that says: 'Ignore open browsers'. My clients are VERY PC illiterate and if they get a pop-up----I get a phone call...........
  4. Thanks-----That's a good idea, but I don't want to close any browsers. My clients would not appreciate all of their browsers closing and I can't forecast when they have them open.......... I want 365 to ignore open browsers.
  5. Thanks for your reply, but I don't see how this addresses the issue, which is that the scan stops to prompt the user. I don't want the prompts--I want it to do a scheduled scan with no user input. Merry Christmas!
  6. When a scheduled scan runs, 365 should not stop and prompt the user to close browsers to clean----it should just clean as scheduled. I set it to run and then reboot shortly afterward on client's PCs. This prompting stops the program and it never finishes, if browsers are open. VERY irritating. Thanks!
