The PC is working slowly, won't open "check for updates", and frequently freezes webpages. It also is making sound "buzzes" in short bits when playing music, and the computer takes two or three seconds before registering letters while I am typing. This began after updating online to windows 8.1. Thanks. I doubt Wise PC first aid can help, due to the nature of the problem, however, it never hurts to check.
